Summer is on it's way and we've just landed our shipment of Zoku Pops. These fun sets are an easy way to make some homemade iceblocks for hot days and the best part is you can get as creative as you like when it comes to what you use! We're always after ways to incorporate more fruit & vegetables into our children's diets (and ours!) and our friends at Zoku have come up with a few easy recipes to make some smoothie pops!
Kiwi Banana Spinach
Ingredients:
1 cup of Spinach
1 Banana
1 Kiwi
1 cup of milk (or substitute)
2 tablespoon of honey
Directions:
- Blend the spinach and milk until smooth.
- Add the banana, kiwi and honey and blend until smooth. Add more honey if needed.
- Pour the mixture into Zoku’s Ice Pop Mould of your choice
- Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Enjoy!
Banana Mango Pineapple Spinach
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1 cup of orange juice
2 cups spinach
1 cup of pineapple chunks (frozen)
1 Mango
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender until smooth
- Pour the mixture into Zoku’s Ice Pop Mould of your choice
- Place in the freezer and let sit for at least 6 hours
- Enjoy!
Kale Pineapple Banana
Ingredients:
1 cup of kale
1 cup frozen pineapples
1 banana
1 cup of coconut water
Directions:
- 1Add all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into Zoku’s Ice Pop Mould of your choice
- Place in freezer and let sit for at least 8 hours
- Remove the pops from the freezer and enjoy!
