Shipping policy
SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Orders over $149 ship for free and orders under $149 incur a $8 shipping charge for non rural and $13 shipping charge for rural addresses.
A $20 shipping fee will apply to kitchens & other large items.
All orders (excluding any pre-orders) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days following receipt of your order. Please note during peak periods or sales it may take an additional 2 days to process your order, if you have an urgent order during these times please email our customer services (info@thetoybox.co.nz) with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate priority shipping.
All orders are sent via NZ Post or Post Haste and you will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your order is processed and collected by the couriers. All orders under $250 are sent non-signature and orders over $250 will require a signature unless otherwise authorised at checkout by the person ordering that is ok to leave. If you have any delivery requests or instructions please leave these in the order comments field at checkout. Please note if the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a ‘Card to Call’ so you can arrange delivery.
Delivery timings:
- North Island deliveries (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.
- South Island deliveries (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
For any rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2 business days in addition to the above timings.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Please note we are online only and do not have a showroom. If you are local and wishing to collect please contact our customer services (info@thetoybox.co.nz) to arrange collection.
