SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Orders over $249 ship for free and orders under $249 incur shipping costs as shown below. Please note an additional $20 shipping fee will apply to bulky items such as toy kitchens and other large items. All orders are sent via tracked courier (NZ Post or Post Haste) and approximate delivery timings are outlined below.

All orders (excluding pre-orders) are dispatched within 24 hours of being received on weekdays (please note during weekends, peak periods or sales it may take an additional 1-2 days to process your orders). If you have an urgent order during these times please email our customer services (info@thetoybox.co.nz) with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate priority shipping.Â
All orders are sent via NZ Post or Post Haste and you will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your order is processed and collected by the couriers. All orders under $249 are sent non-signature and orders over $249 will require a signature unless otherwise authorised at checkout by the person ordering that is ok to leave. If you have any delivery requests or instructions please leave these in the order comments field at checkout. Please note if the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a ‘Card to Call’ so you can arrange delivery.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Please note we are online only and do not have a showroom. If you are local and wishing to collect please contact our customer services (info@thetoybox.co.nz) to arrange collection.
