Take stacking to a whole new level with the Hape Rocket Ball Air Stacker. Drop a ball into the fan base, switch on the air and watch it float up through a clear tube, then keep adding the numbered tubes and see how high you can send the ball flying.
As the tower grows taller, children explore airflow and aerodynamics, cause and effect, counting and colour recognition, all through hands-on play. Popping the lid on top sends the ball back down, so there is always another round to play.
The set includes a battery-powered fan base, numbered clear stacking tubes, a lid and balls, built from sturdy wood and clear plastic and finished with non-toxic, water-based paints. Batteries are required and not included.

When we started using it, we noticed it was leaking. A battery was corroded. The terminals wiped clean and there does not appear to be any damage.
We note this was a plastic sealed product. Perhaps the batteries should be place so that the contact points don’t produce power.
